The Camino Is Calling

Walking for Inner Truth.

You've read the books. You've watched the films. You've told a friend "I'm going to walk it one day." Something in you keeps returning to the Camino. Here's what you truly want:

You want to walk with people who care about you. A small group who knows your name by day two, shares meals with you at sunset, and walks beside you when the day gets long.

You want the authentic Camino experience. Charming stone farmhouses hand-picked for their soul. Regional food, wine, and the quiet rhythm of pilgrimage life.

You want someone else to handle the details. No logistics, no guesswork, no six browser tabs. Just show up, walk, and let the experience unfold.

You want transformation, not just miles. Morning Kriya yoga, walking meditations, sacred circles in the evening, mantras that open your heart. The Camino as an inner journey.

You feel the Camino calling you right now. Not next year. Now. Because something in your life is ready to be released, renewed, or rediscovered, step by step.

Maybe You've Already Tried

And it still hasn't happened.

Researching routes yourself

You compared the different routes. the Frances, the Norte, the Portuguese route. Then the fitness plans, the packing lists, the stages. It became a second job you didn't want.

Generic tour operators

Large groups, strict schedules, tourist hotels. Nothing wrong with them. Just not what you meant when you said you wanted to walk the Camino.

Weekend retreats closer to home

A Saturday workshop, a Sunday silent sit. Useful for a few days. Not the same as two weeks of walking through a country.

Waiting for the right year

Less at work. The kids older. A better moment. There is never a perfect year. There is only the one you choose.

This Retreat Is For You If You Want

The Camino, done the magical way.

  • You need a deep reset but want zero logistical stress: You know you need to disconnect, but don't have the energy to organize hotels, luggage, and stages. You want someone else to handle the details so you can focus on yourself.
  • You want to walk the Camino with purpose, not as a tourist: You're not just here to clock miles. You want a pilgrimage where each stage is a tool for self-discovery, not a logistics puzzle.
  • You value small, authentic community: You'd rather walk with a small, intentional group who know your name by day two than a herd of strangers.
  • You want practical tools to take home: Not just a relaxing week. You want breath work, meditation, and psychological practices you can fold into your daily life afterward.
  • You want to reconnect with your body through nature and movement: The balance of walking, sunrise yoga, good food in unique settings, and real rest.
  • You want professional guidance, not just a group leader: A psychologist with 15 years of retreat experience and a co-guide with 17 years of therapy practice, holding the depth of the walk alongside the trail.

What We Do Together

More than a walk. A living practice.

What makes this Camino different from any other is the inner layer woven through every day. Each stage becomes a moving meditation guided by a psychologist who has led retreats since 2011.

01 / Morning

Morning Kriya Yoga

Each day begins before the walking with restorative movement, breath work, and meditation to open body and mind for the road ahead.

02 / Walking

Ancestral Mantras & Song

Healing sounds and ancestral songs woven into the walk. Mantras that resonate through the body and quiet the mind as the miles pass beneath your feet.

03 / Evening

Sacred Circles

Evening power circles for shared reflection, integration ceremonies, and fire offerings. Space to process what the day has moved in you.

04 / The Path

Walking Meditations

Mindfulness guides woven into the stages. Rituals and stories that accompany each step, turning the path itself into a teacher.

05 / Recovery

Restorative Body Work

Self-massage, energetic exercises, and restorative evening practice to recover the body and deepen the connection between movement and awareness.

06 / La Rioja

La Rioja Interlude

Three days among the medieval vineyards of La Rioja. A guided wine experience in a medieval walled town, with a sommelier.

On the Camino Group moment Walking together Group practice On the trail

It's 6:45 in the morning. You're on a low stone wall outside a stone farmhouse in the north of Spain. The sky is the color of oyster shell. Someone hands you a small ceramic cup of coffee. Your legs are tired from yesterday , but it's the good tired. A rooster starts up somewhere behind the house. Nobody is checking their phone. The morning practice is still humming somewhere inside you.

An Invitation

Come to discover the rhythm, the feeling, the contemplation.

Come to remember that we are pilgrims on Mother Earth.

Come to rediscover yourself, to lighten your step, to recover your life.

Walking long distances places us in a frequency where the soul, the mind, and the body find harmony. A circular dynamism that restores what the modern world takes.

Every step, an offering. A letting go. An awakening.

With each step, closer to the Great Mystery that you are.

Picture Yourself

Six months from now.

Do you wish you were still saying "next year"? Or do you wish...

  • You'd finally walked into the cathedral square in Santiago, and the pilgrim certificate was in your hand.
  • You were opening a bottle of Rioja on a Tuesday evening and remembering stone steps in Puente la Reina.
  • You had a morning practice that actually stuck, because you lived it for fourteen days straight.
  • You were still writing to the people you walked with, planning to see them again next year.
  • You weren't carrying the "I should really do the Camino one year" thought around in the back of your head anymore. You'd done it.

Questions

Things people usually ask.

Is the Camino for me if I'm not religious?
Yes. The Camino is a spiritual path that doesn't belong to any creed. It's a trail that's been walked for many centuries by people seeking purpose and meaning, and our work on it is therapeutic, contemplative, and open to whatever you bring. Most people who come with us aren't religious in any formal sense.
What if I can't take 14 days off work?
We built three shorter packages for exactly this: 6 days to Pamplona, 10 days to Logroño, or 12 days including the Rioja vineyards. You don't need to cross all of Spain to cross your own inner threshold. We talk through which fits your life on the call.
I've never walked 14 days before. Am I fit enough?
Our stages are 8 to 24 km, with the longer days split to avoid the exhausting sections. If you walk regularly and can manage a full day outdoors, you're fit enough. We talk through your fitness on the call so you know honestly before you book.
I'm coming alone. Will that be awkward?
Most participants come alone. By day three, the group has formed in a way that's hard to describe. People walking the same path find each other.
Can men come, or is this women-only?
All genders are welcome. Our groups are small and intentionally curated. The group naturally balances itself around whoever joins the call and says yes.
What if the group isn't a good fit for me?
That's one of the reasons for the free call. We meet everyone before confirming a place. If we don't think it's right, we'll say so. If you don't, we'd rather know.
Food restrictions? Vegetarian, vegan, allergies?
Vegetarian options are standard. The cuisine along the Camino is rich in local produce, cheese, legumes, and Rioja gastronomy. Mention allergies on the call and we'll plan accordingly.
How much do I actually carry?
A small day pack: water, a layer, your snack, maybe a journal. Your main luggage is transported between stages every morning so it's waiting for you when you arrive.
What happens on the free call?
30 minutes on video. We ask about your life right now and what you're looking for. We tell you more about the retreat and who's in the group so far. No pressure either way.
What about cancellation?
We walk through the full terms on the call, including deposit structure and the refund window. Travel insurance is recommended for every participant.

The activities were well thought out and had a great build up to the end. A big positive surprise was the sweat lodge ceremony towards the end of the retreat. For me a personally confronting session that provided many insights and growth. Thank you for broadening my horizons, Aday. The experience was so much more than a regular yoga retreat. You deserve all five stars!

Anahat and Ricardo shared their island with us and brought us on beautiful hikes which as a “regular” tourist you would probably not get the chance to see. The mindfulness and hypnotherapy practices were really beneficial and I feel so much lighter mentally since I have come home. I really feel a shift in my way of being and the guys have really helped me to move on and let go from certain thought patterns and habits that were destructive and futile. If you feel stuck this is the retreat for you. All in all a fun, emotional, challenging week which will pay dividends for a long time to come. A special mention to Raquel also who provided the most delicious vegan food for us and invigorated everyone with her zest for life!

The retreat was so nuanced, thought through, with the personal touch, reflections and wisdom of the instructors, full of light and amazing surprises. I have gained a spiritual family… 🥰❤️ There were so many little adventures and trips that we took, program adjustments / customization as per individual needs, deep and soulful talks by the fireplace and practices (very transformative and healing for me!). We were fortunate to see Tenerife from the very local and unforgettable side. After a few weeks I’m still thinking and feeling the warmth of the experience and unforgettable Tenerife… 🥰 And food also deserves a separate review 😉☺️ Rachel is a phenomenal cook!! The food selection was delicious, healthy, nourishing and healing ☺️ We also got a little surprise cooking workshop. All in all, I’m very grateful for the beautiful retreat and would definitely want to come back to Tenerife and Aday for more adventures and personal journeys. Thank you!!!

The fabulous chef made a great breakfast and 3 courses dinner every day, and a very good salad in our picnic-bag. As a meat lover I must say that I never expected vegan food for a week to be so great. In fact fantastic! Every day at 8am we had a morning session with Aday and Ricardo before breakfast, and another session in the evenings before dinner. In between they took us for a bush walk, a beach walk or something else. Aday did fabulous massages too. Ricardo gave us good sessions in mindfulness. After hours we had an informal debrief session sitting in front of the fire, sometimes meditating, sometimes listening to Aday and Ricardo playing guitar/ukelele. I can’t describe it all here, but I deeply recommend it.
Morning meditation and yoga by the pool, with the sun on my face and the soft breeze on my skin, as lizards and butterflies played close by, was a very beautiful, spiritual way to start the day. The accommodation was in a clean, calming villa overlooking the hills and down to the beach. In the mornings, you could stand on the terrace and watch the sun rise majestically over the clouds. Our hosts local knowledge allowed us to enjoy excursions to breathtaking mountains, beaches and the volcano, a world away from the busy resorts associated with Tenerife. Sometimes we would practice meditation or a mindfulness activity in the mountains or by the beach, as well as swimming in clear, aquamarine natural pools or the sea. Breath work, manifestation, sound healing and ecstatic dance were wonderful new experiences for me. The program created such an authentic atmosphere that everybody bonded quickly, so even though I went on my own, I soon felt as though I was on a trip with a group of much loved friends. The food was fantastic – Raquel is such a joyful cook and the healthy, varied recipes were delicious. I loved it.
